Hi Paulus,
Thankyou for giving me the chance to give feedback!
I had the most incredible experience at your Spa resort.
The treatments I received were by far the best I have ever
had done. Especially the massage... I was determined NOT to
fall asleep so I could remember everything, but I was so relaxed,
I coudn't help it!
We also had the herbal bath with flower petals which was
fantastic. Being a Travel Agent, we are constantly working,
and have very long, and gruelling hours. So for us to have
some time-out to relax, in such a beautiful place, with such
lovely people looking after us - was truly a wonderful experience!
Not only have I recommended your property and it's services
to ALL of my clients, but I will definitely be going back,
when I am in Bali in February.
I eagerly await the experience again.

Dear Paulus ,
It's great to hear from you. I am also sorry that I did not
get to meet you.
Well, I can honestly say that the highlight of my trip to
Bali was your ROYAL BALI spa package. This was a first for
me so I can say that I did not know what to expect. All I
can say is that it was three hours of "Sheer Bliss", totally
relaxed and did not want it to end.
I will most certainly recommend this package to my passengers
especially if one is on the move and have a very hectic schedule,
then this is exactly what you would look forward at the end
of the day.
As I was ill the day before, this totally relaxed me, but
its back to the grind with all the stress. This is a memory
which will linger on my mind for a long time.
Your girls are very friendly and warm and know how to make
you feel good. It would be nice to complete this with a pedicure
and also a wash, set & set for the hair as then you don't
have to have a shower and wash off all the lovely oils and
fragrance .
Once again, thanks a lot and hope to keep in touch.

Thanks for your email and thank you again for the Spa package
you provide
for myself, business associate and travel companion. It was
absolutely
delightful and I have already sent my recommendations to numerous
people
within the industry and personally. I have even told my parents
to attend
when they travel to Bali next month if they have the opportunity.
The
treatments and facilities were excellent, and most of all the
customer
service given by your staff is exceptional- you must pass this
gratitude
to them for me. Congratulations on having a brilliant team of
staff. I am
sorry too that we did not get to meet but I understand you were
at the
other property that morning. I did have the opportunity to do
an
inspection, I cant believe how comfortable and spacious the
Deluxe rooms are.
I hope this information is useful and thank you once again for
the
experience that is vididly remembered.
