Credit card details are required to guarantee your booking. Booking without guarantee will be treated as "first come first serve" basis and airport pick-up will not be provided.
We use 128 bit SSL encryption for transaction security with this reservation form. Please click the SSL trust-logo at bottom right for authentication and up to USD 100,000 insurance waranty for breach of credit card identity.
Please notify us as soon as this deposit requirement is submitted. After deposit guarantee is processed, we will respond to you with our confirmation. Usually confirmation will take within 12 hours (except Saturday & Sunday where banking process will be done on Monday morning).
Deposit Requirement : 1 night (for normal season) or up to 3 nights (for high + peak seasons). We also accept money order or bank transfer if guarantee by credit card is not desired. Any bank charges associated with the remittance of the payment by the client will be borne by the client.
Refund of deposit guarantee will only be provided if cancellation is caused by force majeure or other unavoidable circumstances such as deteriorating health or visa problem. Booking cancellation must be notified to us at least 1 week prior to arrival. Beyond this dead line, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
With the case of earlier check-out, 1-night cancellation fee will be imposed unless notice is submitted to the hotel at least 7 days prior to the confirmed check-out date.
