Hi, We have came back on the 18th December 2007.
We were very happy with the services that the hotel staffs gave us and would like to give them our compliments. 
Both hotel rooms were clean, staffs were very helpful and polite. Even though, we had problems with one of the air-con (it was not cold enough), staff came to our help immediately and serviced the air-con. Breakfast was nice and simple.
The swimming pool was nice especially with the waterfall. The only problem was that too much chlorine was being added to the pool, thus causing us to have eye sore and tooth pain after every swim.
The only regret, we only stayed 6 nights in Bali which was too short. It was not enough time for us to book for the spa even though we were all interested in that. We will just have to try the spa package next year then.
I hope that next year visit will be 10 or 12 nights instead of 6 nights. We will definitely come back to Green Garden again on our next visit. We will also recommend our family and friends to stay in Green Garden Hotel when they visit Bali.

It’s Barbara from Australia. I would like to thank all the staff. I had a talk to them and sorted everything out. I miss them all. Special thanks to Bagus as it was his birthday and Ebony and I had a party for him. He was so surprised and he cried. Your staff are wonderful. I miss Sudi. I met Emi for the first time after her maternity leave. She is beautiful. It was sad to see Arya leave. I’d also like to thank the boys cleaning the rooms. They don’t get another credit for the job they do.
I keep coming back to Bali as they are all special people; and that’s what brings me back. I have travelled all around Australia but don’t get the service I receive in Bali.
I will be back very soon and staying at the Green Garden again. Hopefully I will be returning in Oct/Nov this year.
Thank you for your kind hospitality and your talk when I arrived. It helped to clear your mind and mine. So tell the staff I miss them very much and I will see them soon. My son Josh misses Kami heaps but he is not coming back to Bali for a while as he is saving up to go to Europe 2009

Our honeymoon visit was a memorable one and we had such great experience being there. Our hotel was cozy and the hotel staff was tremendously helpful enough.
Your staff such as Jacky, Pika and all others were very helpful in giving us details on tourist attractions in Bali. We sure to have another visit there and next time we would like to stay at your Green Garden Beach Resort, near by the sea. We would like to have another Royal Bali Spa package again!

Once again we had a great time at the Green Garden Hotel in Bali. We would like to thank all the staff as they were instrumental in making our stay there as pleasant as it was. Please pass on our gratitude to them, in particular please thank Suriah, Emi and all the girls at Reception. Special thanks must also go to Bagus, Kami, Willy and the other Restaurant staff who looked after us and socialized with us after closing time. Our talks with them gave us a greater insight into the life and culture of Bali.
Thank you also for allowing us the privilege of using the facilities of the Green Garden. In our opinion they are first class as is evident by the number of people who stay at the hotel, and who utilize the restaurant, including people staying at other hotels.
Barbara also hopes the hash brown recipes are a success. Please let us know.
The weather in Perth at the moment is cold and wet and we wish we were back in Bali. Our friend Roger Weir who travelled with us also enjoyed his stay very much. That was his first trip to Bali but he has booked to return towards the end of July. Unfortunately, Green Garden Hotel is booked out, so he must stay at another hotel for the first 10 days of his holiday.

Sorry we missed you before we left Bali but we were told you were in Java.
Once again we would like to thank you for such a wonderful two weeks holiday at the Green Garden Hotel.
As you know up to the last four years we always stayed at the 5 star resorts. But since staying at the Green Garden , we don't even look at their brochures anymore. Let alone entertain the thought of staying there.
We would like you to thank all your staff from office staff, to receptionists, to the waiters, to room boys, etc for being so courteous, not only to us but every one else, as they treat everyone like family, and not just a number like the big resorts do. You must be very proud to have such wonderful staff.
Many thanks once again for allowing not only us but everyone else who stays at the Green Garden and Febri's and The Green Garden Resort with such an affordable holiday - not a costly one.

Thank you for your letter- very personal and intimate. This, we rarely see in number of hotels we stayed on.
We rented two rooms and we all enjoyed our stay. Everyone was helpful, from the time we arrived at the airport fetch by your driver, to our arrival at your hotel, assisted by your guards and restaurant staffs.
I was amazed that your check-in counter politely asked me to settle all necessary paperworks the next day - we arrived past 11:00 P.M. How gracious she was to
take notice that we were all tired.
There was one hiccup during our check-out and that was not a fault of your staff. We lost two towels because my kids would use our bathroom as well and leave their towels. That could have caused the confusion so that the other room lost the towels. I paid for them
because I do not want it to be charged to your room cleaning staff. We insisted and invited one of your staff to check our opened luggage to erase doubts. For sure, if you make a careful count none were missing.
Everyone of your staff was great out there. Keep them happy. I'll phone you in next time for our next room reservation. Our stay was very wonderful. Please keep more green apples for my daughter. She missed the green apple juice.

As you know I try to come to Bali at least 2 to 3 times per year and always stay at your property. The main reason for this is because I have formed so many special friendships with all of your staff and miss them all so much which makes me want to return so many times.

Thank you very much for your email. It was a very pleasant surprise when we returned from Bali and Singapore.
You asked if any of the hotel staff were helpful to us. It would be extremely hard to select any staff as they were all wonderful. To mention a few, our first contact was with Falas who picked us up from the airport, then there were Manon, Sudi, Sri, Arya, Ngakan, Midi, Merta, Emi, Manik. The massage boys were wonderful, Popo and Diana. We were in Room 18. To add to this list of staff we would also like to add the laundry girls who often came past our room and were always cheerful. The chefs did a wonderful job and the meals were always top class. We did not dine at your other hotels as we were quite happy to stay and dine where we were.
How to improve your service, we once stayed at the White Rose for 1 night and I found their breakfast menu was quite good: eggs and bacon, omelette - cooked while you waited. This meant that they did not dry out and you had the ingredients that you wanted; something small but something that we as tourists are used to.
Yes you have our permission to use any of our statements in your advertising brochures, it is always pleasing to see the truth printed.
At present my wife and myself are just relaxing and saving our money for our next trip to Bali and of course the Green Garden Hotel. Our one disappointment of our last trip, we did not get to meet you. However if ever you get to Australia, come to Canerra and we will look after you. We are not wealthy but we are friendly. Say hello to all the staff from Mumma and Poppa.

There were just so many things we like about your hotel. The food, friendly staff, clean room, the convenience of everything within walking distance - shops, money changer, etc.
We also like the night entertainment with live music. Even though our stay was really short - 3 nights but we really did enjoy ourselves so much !
Just a special thank you note to Mr Bagus for his hospitality and friendliness. Didn't manage to thank him personally before we flew back to Malaysia.

Thank you for your e-mail, as always, staying at Green Garden was a delightful experience entirely due to the friendly and responsive nature of the staff there from management levels down, the good food and rooms.
As you know I stayed for approximately 8 weeks over the period October 2006 to December 2006 and then again this last month. I do have one criticism and I know it is one you have heard before when staying for extended periods or for several repeat stays in one year the menu becomes somewhat stale (not the food I hasten to add). I can appreciate that having a full-colour menu would be very expensive to change on a regular basis and I actually think that would be unnecessary. Could I suggest that you introduce a chalk board with 4 or 5 ‘Dishes of the Day/Week’? I feel this would go a long way to eliminate the ‘ennui’ regular guests feel when dining at your hotels.
On a similar note, the entertainment can become rather boring after 2 weeks or even less. I know you have introduced some new singers and that helps a little. The real problem is however wide the repertoire of the singers, they are limited to that of the accompanist and if you only have one person accompanying the singers throughout the week, much repetition is inevitable.
Hmm I am always impressed by the high level of help offered by all of your staff (from management down) gives me and other guests; and because of that I regard them all as friends rather than individuals doing their job so to speak. So it would be invidious of me to single anyone out.
Give my best wishes to all the staff at Green Garden. I hope it won’t be long before I will be seeing them again.
