I feel I have to write and say what a lovely holiday we had staying at your hotel

The rooms were spotless and were that way all through our stay kept so by a young man for whom (like the rest of your staff) nothing was too much trouble

We loved your pool and the gardens that surrounded them and ate most evenings at the hotel as the menu was so varied and good

I would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone

I do however have a couple of points to make: breakfast.... a good selection of foods for everyone’s taste but please oh please could you not have a breakfast chef just to cook fresh eggs in addition to the daily scrambled egg on the buffet? Perhaps a couple of your willing trainees could do this. We have stayed frequently at hotels in the East and without exception where the tariff has included breakfast there was someone there to cook fresh eggs. The other thing is your myna bird, what a little character he is. But his cage is so small, could you not get a small half circle enclosure built where he is now with perches and best of all water place that he can bathe in. At present he uses his drinking water I don't think I would like to drink my dirty bath water

Having made these two points I would once again like to say that we would hope to visit your hotel again in the near future and for a longer period of time. Thanks to your attentive staff and the best of luck for the future.

This was my second stay and I can say that it was one great experience to be at your Hotel. It made me feel like I was at home.

Thank you for your email regarding our recent visit

As you know we come to Bali 2 times a year and always stay at Green Garden.  The main reason for this is because we loved the location and size of the hotel.

All of your staff are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble.  I notice that your breakfast buffet has changed and is really nice now.

I am returning to Bali on the 18 July 08 with family members who will be visiting Bali for the 1st time.  I am very disappointed that for the 1st time in almost 10 years that we will not be able to stay at Green Gardens because you are fully booked.  If there is a cancellation, I would really appreciate being moved back from Febri’s to Green Gardens.

We had an excellent stay once again at your establishment. Atmosphere & the staff were exactly how we remembered & the reason why we chose to stay with your establishment year after year. Great to see familiar + new faces. Faces that even recognized us when we first arrived at midnight, Bali time, on our arrival day (referring to your night watchman/security Mr. Wayan). Glad to see that we were greeted by a friendly & helpful staff.

Your reservation team, consisting of Ibu Wahyuni & Ibu Nunung were extremely accommodating to our request to extend our stay at the Green Garden Hotel Bali for a few more days. Glad we also had a chance to chat and mingle while Stephanie & I were at the hotel. We had a fabulous time, again, in Bali and we'll be sure to come back again next year.

I am writing to you to let you know that our time spent in your hotel was a pleasure. Myself, my son and daughter stayed in the Green Garden Hotel (Jl. Kartika Plaza) from the 23rd Jan to the 2ndFeb.

The staff made our stay relaxing and every one had a smile. This was the first time we have been to your hotel but the 10th time to Bali. When I come again soon, I will again be staying in your hotel.

I have also recommended to my friends to try your hotel. It is central, clean, friendly, and the food is great. My son who is nine thought your breakfast was great and loved the pancakes.

G’day Paulus,

I was delighted to get your email.

As you may well know, I have stayed at both the Green Garden Hotel and also the Resort … at least 5 times….! My stays at your Hotel have always been great.

I did fill out one of your questionnaires in the hotel room. I have always found the staff to be very friendly and helpful and I think it would be very difficult to single out any one staff member. Sorry, can’t help you much on that.

I am currently planning a trip back to Bali and Lombok at the end of June this year. As soon as I have definite dates I will email them to you so I can book my room.
