Good Morning

I have recently returned from staying at the Febris Hotel & Spa with my daughter Elysia and her boyfriend Sam in rooms 1318 and 1319.  We all had a wonderful time.  We will hopefully be returning next year in September. 

A special thanks to all the staff there who were absolutely great. A special Hello to M.D, Yamin and Wira who we feel we made a great friendship with. Also Trainee for his cheeky smile. We made some wonderful friends while we were there and hope to see them still there next year. 

The hotel and the pool where beautiful, I love the frangipani scent while sitting by the pool and everything was always kept clean and tidy. We ate at the Febris Restaurant nearly every night. We all miss the food; it was so delicious.

My parents have now arrived at your hotel, I think they are in room 1123, Margaret and Robert Tankard. They arrived yesterday and my mum has phoned me and said everything is as nice as I said it was.  They both enjoyed their meal in the Cafe last night and will probably be eating there again tonight. 

They are there to celebrate their 50th Wedding Anniversary.  Which is today, 22nd November. I was wanting to organise something special for them before I left, for while they are over there, but have maybe left it a bit too late. I was wondering if it would be possible to do a nice flower arrangement on their beds or something while they are out for dinner tonight. They will probably be eating at the Febris again. Maybe someone could talk Wira into singing his song for them. I think they have already met Yamin and he may know who they are. Just say Jane, Elysia and Sam’s Mum and Dad.

I am hoping you can help but if not then it is OK. I know it is late notice and I should have organised it while I was still there. Just felt I should try to make their 50 years of marriage a little special for them today. Again thank you so much for our wonderful stay at your hotel and hope to be seeing you all again next year.

I’m just writing to inform you that we have recently returned from our holiday in Bali staying at the Febri’s Hotel and wanted to let you know that our family had a wonderful time and could not be happier.

We were more that delighted with our accommodation and found the hotel location and facilities excellent.  I had read in a few reviews from people that the breakfast was not ideal however we found it to be very satisfactory with egg station and buffet there was plenty of food and a great variety, even vegemite when requested.

We also had friends staying at the Patra hotel which was a lot more expensive who came down to visit us at the Febri’s and they were also suitably impressed.

Our request for a ground floor room was accommodated which we were very happy about as well as my sister (Foote) who were also able to obtain a ground floor room after a couple days.

Your staff are a real credit to the hotel and you should all be very proud of the hotel environment that you have managed to create.

Thank you all so much for your kind and generous hospitality and we will definitely be recommending your hotel to our family and friends as well as leaving a review on trip adviser.

Hopefully we will be able to visit Bali again in the future.

My wife Suzanne and I wish to thank you and all your staff for the great effort they displayed to make our stay with you so enjoyable. Two lots of friends had stayed at Febri’s, one of which was Keith and Betty Smith from Mandurah W.A. (his leg is now OK - it was only a torn ligament) and we are glad we took their advise. My health was not the best but every one went out of their way to ensure our comfort.

Give our thanks to Suzanne and also Eddy for picking us up from the airport when the flight was delayed from midnight till 5 am …!!!  We really appreciated that.

Thank all your staff for the great job they do and the courteous way they go about it. Nothing is to much trouble including Wira, Yamin and all the waiters, Rani and the lovely reception girls.

We have given photos of Febri’s to our travel agent and God willing we will be back in August 2009.

Hi Paulus

How are you and your lovely family doing? We are fine and have made it home safe and sound! We have just spent the BEST eleven days of our lives at your hotel - room 2202.

It was so relaxing and enjoyable that we will never forget you and your superb staff. My husband and children have never been to Bali before; but now don’t want to stay away.

We would especially like to say that your staff were fantastic with our kids and nothing was ever too much, in particular as your aware some of them remain very special in our hearts and apart of our families. Those include Yamin, Agung, Ari, Albert, Adi, Made, July and Rani (I know that this is nearly all of your dining staff). You should be so proud of the way that they conduct themselves.

We will be booking in for the same time next year and cant wait to see all the friendly faces when we return. Can you please pass on our sincere thanks to the above mentioned and say ‘Gday Mate” to them all. We will most definitely be coming back same time next year and we will be drinking with Albert again (he is such a cheap drunk hahahaha).

Our holiday in Bali was fantastic. Philip and I had a wonderful time there and look forward to returning as soon as possible. Our stay at Febri's was better than we had hoped for.

All the staff were great but the one who really made our stay the most enjoyable was Yamin. There was nothing that was too much trouble for him, he went out of his way to ensure our stay was memorable. Yamin is truly an asset to your company.  Being more mature than most of the other staff, Yamin can relate to your older guests and their needs and this is definitely an advantage.  Albert too, was a lot of fun and help. Our driver, Gede, was the best tour guide we could have hoped for too. He knew all the good places to take us and many times we returned to our room tired but so happy from all the places we had seen in your beautiful country and all the new experiences.
 
We did encounter only one problem during our stay and that was the location of our room, on the TOP level. Being middle aged and suffering from arthritis, I found the stairs extremely difficult. This would be the only thing that would stop us returning. I would have to insist on a ground floor room on our next visit (in the booking request).

Thanks to you and your staff for making our stay a memorable one.

Recently we stayed at the Febris Hotel and would like to thank you all for making our stay so enjoyable. We could not have asked for a better Bali experience. Your wonderful staff in both the hotel & spa are a credit to your business. Our only complaint was our stay was too short. We cannot wait to come back.

Friends of ours are visiting Bali in November, from the 3-17th, and on our recommendation would love to stay at the Febris Hotel. Could you please send information for me to pass on regarding room availability and size. They are a family of two adults and four children so would need an adjoining room, or perhaps two bunk beds in the one room. Please advise on how they can be accommodated and price. Or indeed if you can recommend any alternative.

Also, I've attached some photos I hope you can share with your staff. They were the reason we had such a wonderful stay, and also why we will return.

Thank you for the email. Marie & I love the Febri’s and its entire staff. Everyone in the restaurant, the entire front desk staff, and the employees of the spa, are always so friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff always does an excellent job as well.

It s nice to see how successful your hotel and spa have become and we know why. Excellent price & accommodation, and friendly staff…. We have visited Bali for the last 11 years and our last 3 years as guests at the Febri’s…!

We have enjoyed our month in Bali the most. Thanks to everyone......especially Made, Ari and all the boys in the restaurant. We are counting the days until we return to Bali again and stay at Febris for another month of total pleasure...
