I would like to suggest to construct more facilities though, so we do not have to travel to green garden just for an outdoor spa or a sauna/steam room.

Kunjungan ini adalah kunjungan saya yang ke dua di Febri’s Hotel. Awal saya tinggal di Febri’s adalah pada saat kantor saya (PT. Voith Paper) mengadakan Outing ke Bali. Pada saat itu saya stay di Febri’s dari tanggal 17 – 21 August, 2006.

Menurut saya kritik adalah bukan sesuatu hal yang bersifat memojokkan tetapi bersifat membangun untuk mencapai suatu hasil yang lebih baik. Dan itu betul-betul saya rasakan di Febri’s Hotel.

Pada awal kunjungan kantor saya ke Febri’s Hotel, kritik kami adalah pada masalah makanan saat Breakfast tetapi pada saat kunjungan saya baru-baru ini, semuanya tampak sudah lebih baik dan hal inipun sudah saya sampaikan kepada rekan2 di kantor saya. Tidak lupa sayapun telah membuat dokumentasi foto yang telah saya perlihatkan kepada rekan-rekan saya diBali yang kebanyakan adalah warga negara asing. By the way, apakah rate untuk domestic sama dengan WNA???

Advice saya adalah, sebaiknya staff reception kalian dibekali dengan informasi tempat2 object wisata, how and how long to get there sehingga selain memberikan keramahan kalian juga memberikan informasi yang sangat berguna. Tidak lupa juga memberikan advice untuk tempat makan yang nyaman, enak serta petualangan yang menyenangkan. Karena pada saat Breakfast, saya banyak melihat para wisatawan masih binggung dan bertanya2 tempat wisata kepada beberapa driver yang mangkal didepan Febri’s Hotel.    

Selebihnya, saya pribadi sudah cukup puas dengan Febri’s Hotel. Rate kalian sangat menarik dengan kamar yang cukup besar, swimming pool yang bagus, lokasi yang strategis, staff yang flexible dan service yang ramah.

It was really nice to stay in your hotel again.

Sekali lagi saya mengucapkan terimas kasih atas keramahan kalian selama saya tinggal di Febri’s Hotel.

Harapan saya, kalian bisa menjadi salah satu hotel yang cukup baik di Bali. Ok? Sampai ketemu lagi di bulan May, 2007.

Thank you for your message. It is indeed a nice touch. We have stayed in so many hotels and yours is one of first to send a word of thanks.

Our stay in Bali was extremely pleasant. We were very pleased with the room, it was exactly like what we saw on the internet (some places do not look as nice as their advertisement). Your house keeping is excellent. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. I found the rates charged for the rooms, spa and food very reasonable.

The only comment I have is the flies in the restaurant, especially during breakfast. I am aware that flies are always a problem during mango season in tropic especially with open-air establishments like yours. Maybe something can be done about that.

Again, thank you to all your staff for making our stay in Bali so pleasurable.

Dear Sir,

We stayed at your hotel about a week ago. We had a wonderful time there. The room was really nice and cozy. We had a nice view of the pool. The air-conditioning was superb! Not many Bali hotels had such adjustable temperature control.

However, it'd be great if you had more toiletries like shower cap, cotton buds and some bottled shampoos. Some of our towels were a little stained but no fuss about it.

One of your employees, Kana who took us to our room and also who cleaned our room daily, did a great job. He is to be complimented. Also, our airport transfer driver, Dewa. He is a very friendly, helpful and obliging person. Great job, you guys!

We loved the pool. It was big and clean. The fountain in the middle was a plus.

All in all, we had a really pleasant stay, though a short one. We are hoping to go back again next year..!

Thank you for everything you have done for my family. Your staff and the hospitality were above and beyond standards. You should all be extremely proud of yourselves. The food is magnificent. Thanks once again and we will see you next year but this time we are staying for three weeks my mum is coming with us.

Say hi to everyone. Tell Made Wiratama that Thomas says hello and he has told all of his school friends about him and how wonderful you all are. Please let the girls in the beauty salon that I am getting a package together to send to them for the salon. Say hi to the boys who served us at meal times and thank them for their great help. Thomas still talks about how great everyone was in Bali. He is now going to do more learning in Indonesian lessons and he is learning the guitar. So beware he will drive you all mad next time maybe he will play with the entertainment one night (God help us if he does). well must go just got home from work have a good week.

Thank you for extending your warm hospitality to us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Bali. This is our fourth time holidaying in Bali and our second time staying in Febri's.

All the staff and facilities were just fantastic! We, however, feel that the breakfast menu could be much more varied. The buffet-style breakfast was not really the thing that we eagerly looked forward every morning. Having more variety of local fruits would also have been appreciated. Having said that, we did enjoy the dinner menu. The food was simple, good and cheap. One other thing, you should consider the room-service to be made available till 1 am or so.

Thanks again, we we look forward to coming back to our favorite destination soon. And I'm sure, we'll be staying in Febri's again.

Herewith my reply, I know it is late but we start our holiday in Bali and went after Bali to Malaysia, Thailand, and finally to Dubai. Now we are back in Holland and started work again.

Thanks for your email, we want to let you know that we didn't regret any day that we stayed in the Febri's Hotel & Spa. I stayed there for 9 days and each day we enjoyed.

I couldn't gave you any name who was special for us because all the staff in this hotel where very friendly: from the houseclean guy till the bartenders (especially Ben). My children also enjoyed the personal touch from all the people who was working in this Hotel. I'm glad to hear that you have expanded the selection of the breakfast items, I heard other people also comment about this.

Thanks for the hospitality in your hotel, it felt like our own home. My son Devesh is always talking about the room, he didn't want to leave from there. He told me to say hi to his friend Ben. We, especially my wife, loved Bali and you never know, maybe next year we will visit Bali again.

Firstly, sorry for the delay in responding to your lovely email but things have been very busy since Lucy and I returned.

I would like to thank You, Your lovely Family and your wonderful professional staff for making our holiday so enjoyable. I cannot praise your hotel enough.

I have been telling everyone how good it is to stay at the Febris even the other night on was reading the BaliForum.com when somebody asked if anyone had stayed at The Febris so I responded I hope that it was favourable for you.

I do have a suggestion for you it is regarding the menu at the restaurant. Have you ever considered having a selection of children’s meals?  I noticed how many children were staying at Febri’s or just visiting the restaurant and I know that sometimes kids would prefer to have a meal that is smaller, less spicy and not all kids like hamburgers. Some suggestions may be chicken nuggets with chips, a smaller cheeseburger or even mini pizzas. Anyway it is just a suggestion.

We have been coming to Bali since about 1995 and have stayed at a broad range of hotels from 5 star to very basic budget and the Febri’s would be top of our list. I have already told friends and family how impressed we where and have also recommended on the Bali Travel Forum site.

The only real suggestion would be more poolside service for food and drink and if you had more space a few luxury type villas. We are hoping to return 2007 as we will be celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and will certainly stay at the Febri’s.

Our stay in Febri's Hotel was truly wonderful.  The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful.  The room was always very well cleaned-up.  We like the room set-up very much - simple and comfortable. The bed was one of the most comfortable among all the nice hotels we have stayed in Indonesia or other Asian countries.  Your restaurant is very reasonably priced (compared to other restaurants in the same area); the food was great and the entertainment very lively.
 
Your hotel is the best part of our stay in Bali aside from the beautiful and peaceful ambience of the whole island. The whole trip would have been perfect if not for those people accosting us on the streets regarding a new hotel (timeshare..?) in town.
 
We would definitely recommend Febri's to all our friends!

I am as delighted as you are to be a part of Febri's Hotel & Spa although the holiday was a short one.
 
Although it was my first time there, it didn't feel like it. The friendliness of your staff is superb such that I felt at home. In fact, I envy them as they try to remember each and everyone of our name! When we walked past, they do not just say good morning sir/mdm, instead they call us by name. I felt so at home! Congratulations! This will definitely not be my last time to Bali. The hospitality your staff showed us was tremendous. Can never ask for more!
 
Furthermore, your staffs are ever ready to assist us in our needs such as the transport to and from the airport. They are so accommodating.
 
However, initially I had difficulty in finding a tour group. Although I understand that the hotel provided like car rentals together with the driver, I was not sure of where to go as it was my first time there. So I had to find a tour guide to assist me in getting around places. Thankfully, there's this tour agency, MBA, nearby. One suggestion is that maybe, like Contiki, Febri's can have like free tours, but it can be included in the hotel price we pay for? Make it flexible such that those who do not want to travel via tour groups do not have to pay extra charge.
 
But all in all, I truly enjoyed my stay there.. Thank you Febri's for making my stay a memorable one!

As usual my stay was wonderful. The event on my last night was not a problem. I was more worried about Wira than anything else. As long as he is fine that’s great.

The staffs were as ever attentive and always willing to help. They were all wonderful so to pick out any one would be unfair. It was great to see Jana & Ane turned up to the airport to pick me up. I was delayed and didn't get in till 11.30pm so the boys stayed back and came to the airport to pick me up. It was a lovely gesture that meant a lot.

I hope that the birth of your new baby goes well. I will send you an email
in late September to see how things go.

Hopefully I will be back in November. Bagus is going to send me an email regarding his wedding and if I get that I will be back for the wedding. If not I will be coming in the first week of December as Bill & Glen may be coming then as well.

It was great to see everyone again. I was really sad to leave as I am treated as though I am a member of the Green Garden family.

Thanks very much for your email. We did indeed enjoy our time staying at Febri's. We initially encountered your hotel whilst we were staying at the Ramada Bintang, and we came to your restaurant for dinner. We loved the restaurant and found the prices very reasonable, so we asked one of the staff, Ben, about the hotel and he suggested that we see a family room. When we'd finished dinner that night another staff member took us to see the room, explained the facilities and gave us current rates. We were very impressed with the size of the rooms and we decided then that we'd stay there next year as long as the rates stayed reasonable.

However, when we changed to the hotel we were to stay at in Benoa, we weren't altogether happy with the hotel, and my husband suggested that we should try Febri's. It was absolutely the right decision - we loved the hotel and found the staff an absolute delight.
 
Because the room service and restaurant prices are so reasonable, we ate many meals in your hotel - every one of them very good. The restaurant staffs are wonderful - Budi, Ben, Made and Ari are all real assets to the hotel - Budi even went out of his way to come out to our car to wave goodbye when we missed seeing him in the restaurant! What wonderful, personal service! We had room service several times, ordering a fair amount of food, and nothing was a hassle to the staffs - they delivered everything promptly and with a smile every time. When traveling with children, it's great to be able to have affordable room service as an option for dinner as well as such a great restaurant on the premises. The children also loved having the restaurant entertainments.
 
Febri's really is a great family hotel. The grounds are great, the pool is in the sun enough to be nice and warm. We noticed during our stay that more trees were being put in, which is great. It is a shame that there isn't any grass at all, I think that would be the only thing I’d like to change about the hotel, though.
 
During our stay our room was kept beautifully clean and we loved the daily flowers on the beds - it's a very nice personal touch. The beds were also some of the most comfortable beds we have encountered in Bali, which is very important, and there were ample pillows in the room, too.
 
Upon checkout the front desk staffs, Ayu in particular, were very friendly and thanked us for staying, expressing their hopes that we would stay at Febri's again. As I've said, we certainly will stay at the hotel again next year as long as the prices stay as reasonable as they are now.

I had a superb time at Febris, all the staff were great and so friendly, the evening entertainment was lovely and fun, even after a hard days work the entertainers still managed to make me feel light hearted.  I enjoyed the way they managed to entertain and incorporate the guests.

The bedrooms were wonderful, clean, large and in good condition.

I must tell you that my family really needed a break. We had planned to come to Bali back in March this year but my youngest child broke and dislocated her elbow and so our holiday was put off until last month.

In saying that we all needed a break would be an understatement, we needed rest and a change of scenery. With Bali, that is what we got.

Staying at Febri’s was absolutely awesome! Sri who looked after my booking and answering my emails with speed and politeness, coupled with all the information I needed. Sri is worth every dollar you pay her plus more. She greeted my family on arrival and made sure our requests were dealt with efficiently.

The staff which included the women on the front desk and the guys who cleaned our room to the meals area really took pride in their work and made our stay even more enjoyable and might I add, restful. Many thanks to them..!

As you would be aware currently the Australian Government has strict travel warnings and family members have expressed clearly the perceived dangers in our family traveling to Bali. We understand the fears they have. At no time in our stay in Bali did we feel any such danger but only the warmth and hospitality wrapped with the friendliness that brings our family back to Bali.

Please pass on to your staff our appreciation for their hospitality and providing such a wonderful home away from home.

Terima kasih untuk emailnya, saya sangat senang tinggal di Febri's Spa & Hotel, Hotelnya baru, and fasilitasnya juga oke punya. Saya, dengan senang hati akan mempromosikan hotel ini kepada teman2 saya disini, apalagi banyak orang asingnya di East Timor, yang sering ke Bali untuk berlibur.
 
Biasanya, saya ke Bali tinggal di Hotel Kartika Plaza, karena penuh, saya coba pilih Green Garden Hotel karena dapat rekomendasi dari teman saya orang Amerika di sini; ternyata, saya di antar ke Febri's di seberang jalan. Awalnya agak kecewa tapi kemudian setelah melihat hotelnya, saya senang sekali. Fasilitas yang ada di dalam kamar, jauh lebih baik dari kamar yang biasa saya tempati di Hotel Kartika Plaza, Santika Hotel, maupun Bali Hai. Harga sewa kamarnya pun tidak terlalu mahal.

Satu hal yang mungkin bias di improve: menu sarapan paginya. Akan lebih baik apabila bisa ditambah pilihan makanannya.
 
Kemungkinan besar saya akan kembali ke Bali lagi bulan depan untuk berlibur sekitar Paskah, dan saya akan mengajak teman2 saya dari Portugal tinggal di Febri's Hotel.
 
Dengan senang hati juga saya akan promosikan Hotel ini ke kantor tempat saya bekerja, The Asia Foundation East-Timor.

I recently stayed at your hotel with my mother and Sue and Sara Reberio.  They forwarded us the lovely email that you sent on to them to thank them for their visit.  My mother and I would like to take the opportunity to thank you and your staff for the lovely stay that we had at the hotel.  We also felt that the email that was sent to our friends was a lovely touch as most (if not any!) hotels would not bother with such personal service.
 
You mentioned in your email that you would like to know if there was any staff member who was especially helpful to us and we would like you to pass on our thanks to all the staff.  From the wait staff and health spa staff to the staff who cleaned the room, we found everyone to most helpful and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.  Everyone always had a friendly greeting for us and a smile.  Please send a special thank you to Yansi and Rani ( I am not 100% sure if that is the spelling of their names - I apologize if I have got it wrong!) who gave us out relaxing foot massage just after our arrival.
 
My mother was so impressed with the hotel that she will be returning in June with my dad so that he can have the same excellent experience that we had. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to any of my friends planning a trip to Bali.
 
Once again, Paulus thank you to you and your staff for making out stay at the Febris such a pleasure.

Thank you for your message. My personal comments regarding the service: excellent…! This is the reason I send so many colleagues from East Timor to your hotel. Yuli knows about that, not only Tito & Teresa's Family.

The staff I think all of them are good, good service. I use to be in touch with your reservationist, Yuli. I know her better than the others.

For sure next time when I go to Bali, in between June/July, I will stay there again if the price is suitable for me.

Thank you for the email. I really enjoyed my stay at the Febri's Hotel Spa. I had the best time of my life during my stay.

All the personnel were fabulous. The girls in the office were very helpful with everything, and I will absolutely not forget Ibu Susan (the restaurant manager & best cook in whole Bali). Also the girls who gave me the massage ( Rani, Julia, Sudarmi and all the others). All the boys from the restaurant and room cleaning etc.

I hope that I will be able to stay in the hotel again when I going to make my next trip to Bali.

Please give my regards again to every one and special the three girls in the office. Banyak terima kasih dan sampai berjumpa lagi.

We had a lovely time at your new hotel.

The rooms were excellent and breakfast was very good too (maybe include hard boiled eggs would be a plus as we europeans like them for breakfast). The boys who cleaned our rooms were very professional and hard working. They were very polite.

The pool was very clean and a good size. We loved the elephants and monkey. Everyone laughed at the photos.

The free reflexology was a surprise luxury. The pick-up from airport & drop-off    was a winner as well a great idea. No one likes queuing for a taxi......

Your live music at night was great. The restaurant with open kitchen is a great idea – clean and good food.

Suggestion:
Well, maybe have daily newspapers on a wooden rack at reception with long sticks so no one can take them like in city hotels.

Good luck for the future and we will come back in two years.

Hi Paulus,

Thank you very much for your e-mail, and I must apologise for my late reply.

I had a fabulous time at Febri's in November and as always the cleanliness of the rooms which I have also experienced at the Green Garden is superb. The staffs were very friendly and helpful and could not do enough for me. It would be unfair to pick any one person out as they all did so much for me.

There was only one problem for me, that there was not enough shade around the pool. I realise that the property is new and once the trees grow this will not be a problem.

I am already planning a trip back to Bali in June, and look forward to staying at either Febri's or the Green Garden again. My thanks go to you and all your great staff for making my stay an enjoyable one.

Thanks once again. I look forward to seeing you all in June.
