Thank you for your email. This was our third holiday staying with your hotels within the Green Garden Group. Each time we have brought over a different group of family or friends. Once again, your hospitality did not disappoint us, mainly due to your fantastic staff.
- Iluh at the desk is amazing, nothing is ever too much trouble for her and any small problem is always dealt with quickly and professionally.
- Yamin at the bar is the best, our children all adored him, and he kept us all entertained on many occasions.
- Rani from the Spa is so lovely and really is the best massage girl in Bali.
- Made, our driver from out the front of Febri's, has become a very good friend and has helped us out in many different ways.
I can't wait to see them all again, hopefully early next year. Thank you once again, Paulus. Congratulations on the way you manage your hotels. We will most certainly be staying with you again.

I visit Bali 1 or 2 times a year. This was my first stay at your hotel. My first impression when walked into my room was “wow” – the set up, décor, cleanliness of your room is exceptional.
Considering my background in working for some of the 5-star resorts in Hawaii and the U.S mainland, I find your hotel is commendable for your value and attentive service level.
I want to especially thank you restaurant and reception staff. Addressing me by my first name made me feel like I am already a returning guest! The food is awesome and the service is prompt. I would definitely return to the Febris in the near future. Cannot wait!!!

A special thanks to all the desk staff and big thank you to the lovely girls at the spa big thanks to Rani , Juli, and Ling Ling, a big thank you to the lovely boys at breakfast which were always lovely and smiling and could not help you enough big thanks to Made and Adi always there to please you..and a big thank you to the room boys for always being lovely especially Tirka (bring cart) and all the other boys as can not remember all their names but all so wonderful....
We all hope that you enjoyed the flowers we sent to you and your staff and just wont to again thank you for a wonderful stay we hope to return one day soon and also we shall be telling our family and friends about your hotel....as it was such lovely time we had, one not to forget....
I also went and saw our travel agent and told her what a wonderful hotel the Febris is and she too will be letting other people know....

The rooms were very spacious and we were really impressed that they were

Sorry it has taken me so long to reply. We all had a wonderful time at your Hotel, the Febris. Will definitely stay there next year when we return to Bali.
Staff were absolutely fantastic. Do not want to name any staff members for fear of leaving someone worthy of a mention out.
Reception, office, massage, restaurant and the people who cleaned our beautiful rooms were all exceptional. Not just saying that, as I have stayed at the Ramada Bintang, Dynasty, Inna Kuta, and Bali Garden Hotels in the past, and would not hesitate to stay with you again.
Please take the time to thank all you wonderful staff from us. They certainly are very good at their jobs. I do hope you appreciate how fortunate you are with your staff.
A lot of Hotels are lovely, nice pools, restaurants etc, but to me: the staff are what makes a huge difference.

I was glad I brought my family back to stay at your hotel again. My kids loved the place and were all very sad when they had to say goodbye to your staff on our last day. I would like to recognise everyone on your staff. I can't say enough about how nice the waiters were, the massage people, the housekeeping, and the people at the front desk.
The only thing I would say is the buffet could have some bacon, and eggs to order, and I would like to see more curries on your menu when we return. Other than that everything was great.
Please say hello to Made, Adi, Ari, Yamin and Putu for us.

I can not tell you how much we enjoyed our stay with you and to be honest i can not find fault with any aspect of the hotel. My family and i loved everything about the hotel and the facilities it provides.
We particularly liked the relaxed atmoshpere of the hotel. When i say relaxed, I mean in the way the staff remember your name and are so willing to talk to you, and the fact that they are not scared to share a joke or two. It made us feel very much at home. In the restaurant we were mainly attended to by Wira and Made, and these two have the most charming manners and really are entertaining. In saying that, all of the restaurant staff we dealt with in our stay were equally as nice. The entertainment in the evenings is a nice touch and boy those girls can sing.
The spa ladies, in particular Rani made sure they spoke to us at every opportunity and i found it lovely that they are equally happy to chat to the children as well as the adults. We had a couple of massages, which were wonderful. My girls had their nails done and absolutely loved them.
Another thank you would have to go to Ketut, the night security man. We arrived very late at night and he was just wonderful. He made sure we arrived at our room and had everything we need before he left to continue his rounds.
The young man that tended to our room (sorry i am not sure of his name) was also lovely and always had the most wonderful smile on his face.
I sincerely hope to see all of your wonderful staff again on our next visit, and do hope they are all still with you by then.
On a final note, we were travelling with family, my cousin and her husband, who were staying at the Ramada, and they preffered to eat at the Febris with us. In fact they preferred the whole ambience of the hotel over the Ramada, and have decided that they will stay at the Febris with us in 2008 when we return again. We will hopefully be bringing another 2 families along also.
Once again a big thankyou to you and all of your wonderful staff. Keep up the friendly atmoshpere and the good rates and I am sure the Febris will remain a wonderful place to stay.

Hi Paul. We stayed in rooms 1118 & 1119 from the 14th to 28th of July 2007.
We have stayed in Bali 6 times now (always at a different resort - as we like the variety). South Kuta (Tuban) is our preferred area due to surfing access to boats, variety of restaurants, etc.
We have no complaints at all & really enjoyed the Febris.
What we loved:
The Staff- always smiling ,always fun always helpfull. Room service , meals & front desk & those who show you the room ...they are wonderful & an assett to the motel.
The rooms -great... nice size, clean & modern ... more than expected.
Buffett breakfast ... not award winning but certainly very good value.. no complaints
We truly enjoyed our stay .If I had to pick a single happy face it would have to be Putu at the restaurant ... as was the other staff ... wonderful smile & made our stay wonderful. We miss your staffs friendliness & happy smiling faces already. For us, Bali is far more than warmth in our winter & surfing. It's the wonderful people we keep coming back to visit.
You are more than welcome to submit the feedback for travel reviews. I am happy for you to submit the feedback information in a format that suits you as we are very pleased with our decision to stay at the Febris.

Thanks for your email. We've actually just arrived back from Bali a couple of hours ago. We had dinner at Febri's last night before heading to the airport & now we're sitting here freezing!!!
Once again, we had a wonderful stay at Febri's and have recommended it to friends & colleagues. We will also do a report on the Bali Travel Forum regards our stay at Febri's. As always, the staff are a credit to you & made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable, and welcomed us back like old friends.
We are hoping to return to Bali at about the same time next year, and hope to stay with you again. We noted last night that the occupancy was very high, and the staff mentioned that that would be the case until at least October, which is just wonderful, and not at all surprising considering what a great hotel you are running there!

Thank you for sending us this little letter. As you know we are from Darwin, we thoroughly enjoyed Bali because the weather is the same as home. One thing that we could see as an improvement is if you had ceiling fans in the rooms. We don't actually like air-conditioners and unless you kept the balcony door open, it did get a little warm in the room. As to anything else there is no need to change as we had the most restful time at Febri's. All the staff were just fantastic. They couldn't do enough for us. The service was perfect, the friendliness was supreme, your food was perfect with so much choice.
Just a comment about your standby driver: I Gede Widiasa - He was an exceptional driver. Although his English wasn't good, he tried very hard to understand and help us out in every way. We take our hat off to him as it is people like him and your staff that make the stay so much more memorable.
Our teenage daughter and ourselves were loved by all and made to feel very welcome. We will be back to stay with you all again. We will be recommending you to our friends too.

Oh… Hi Paulus! It's so wonderful to hear from you. How are you? Fine, I hope. :)
I am in love with Bali ! I haven't stopped talking about it ever since I arrived Manila . If I could only go back there tomorrow and stay longer, I would!
Of course, our Bali experience was made even more wonderful by Febris. From the time we arrived, everyone was just very warm, friendly and accommodating to us. We had initially wanted a room at the ground floor, but all were occupied during our check in. So we ended up at the 2nd floor.
I swear, the moment we walked in the room, we fell in love with it right away. It was clean and bright and comfortable. We all thought the “fresh flowers on our beds” was a very lovely touch. The restaurant food was delicious and reasonably- priced, however, I thought the breakfast menu lacked meat. (Sorry, I'm a big guy, I need protein). It doesn't have to be the whole shibang, just one meat dish would be fine. :)
It is also nice that you take time getting to know your guests by sitting down and conversing with them. We really appreciate it.
There is no doubt that my friends and I will stay in Febris again on our next Bali vacation. We would even tell our family and other friends about it. Thank you very much!

After about 40 visits to Bali and staying at many different hotels, I am very happy to tell you that our stay with you in Febuary 07 was the best holiday that we have ever had in Bali.
It was friendly, clean, very good food and the staff were very good. We cannot wait to come back again, and we hope to stay for three weeks when we do.
The insurance claim is still not finalised yet, we will let you know later what happens.
We have told all our friends about your hotel. The spa was the best I have ever been to.The staff were most helpful to me as I have bad legs so I had a leg massage every second day, which did help my legs so much.
Paulus, you have a great hotel and excellent staff. We wish you all the best for the future, see you all as soon as we save the cash to come back again.

My holiday at Febri's was great.
The food was excellent, the waiters very good, and the dining room itself situated so you got a breeze in the mornings from the sea and in the evenings a cool effect from the pool. The waiters all looked very cheeky in their pirate head-dress, they did their best to speak English (some in an Aussie accent!)
I was delighted to find (should have looked earlier as it was toward the end of my stay) a lovely bottle of red wine called I think "Wine of the Gods" from Margaret River grapes which are grown not very far from where we live - about 100 ks.
The pool was just lovely and after you - Paulus put those steps in at the shallow end, it was even better & very relaxing.
An excellent cleaning staff who are worthy of a mention, plus the girls at the desk who will have had their babes by the time I come again, they were very sweet and efficient.
As I mentioned to you on day at the pool that I taught 'Tap" dancing, well we have a concert coming up next week so I’m hoping it all goes well.
Looking forward to seeing you as soon as I have saved enough money, also Wes and Wendy are saving like mad. We hope to stay for three weeks next time.

To the Crew at the Febri’s,
I choose the Febri’s after staying at you sister hotel the Green Gardens last year, I had such a great time there with all the staff making me feel welcome that I decided to try Febri’s as it had been recommended by my travel agent when I was booking the first holiday. From the moment I checked in to the time I checked out the whole experience was fantastic, especially the guys in the restaurant (Made, Agus, and Yamin – the ones I can remember) made the whole stay very enjoyable.
As for suggestions for improvements, you took care of any area’s that need improvement whilst I was there with the installation of extra fans in the restaurant and updating the menu.
I will be highly recommending your hotel to all my friends and associates as a must stay place in Bali.

THE STAFF WERE MOST HELPFUL AND ALWAYS SMILING, I FOUND AYU REALLY LOVELY. NOTHING WAS A TROUBLE. IT WAS VERY GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY
MY ONLY SUGGESTION WAS MORE LIGHTING IN THE BEDROOMS .THE RESTAURANT WAS EXCELLENT.

Sorry for taking so long to get back to you. Things here have been very busy with Christmas and then work commitments.
Just wanted to let you know that we very much enjoyed our stay at Febris Hotel. Overall, we found the level of accommodation excellent, the food was great and the service was exemplary. We were highly impressed in particular with two of your restaurant staff: Ari and Wira. They made our stay a great deal of fun. I cannot comment their services highly enough to you. They are both great assets to your hotel and I hope that you will recognize them for the service which they offer their guests.
The only criticism we have (very small) was the lack of shade around the pool. This is due to the age of the hotel and I am sure that this will not be a problem once the trees become larger after the rain season.
Thanks again and we will definitely be back.

Most of your staffs made a very friendly atmosphere. In addition to the cleanliness of the room and the hotel facilities, being traveling only by myself, I valued it very much and felt more secured. In fact, I had extended my stay to 20+ days.
Unfortunately, I could not memorize everyone’s name but please recognize that:
- Ladies and a gentleman at the reception recognized me both my name and room number... always handed me a key with a friendly greeting.
- Spa therapists, room service, and security staffs always greeted me when they passed by.
- I enjoyed conversations especially with "Yamin" the bartender.
Also, I felt more comfortable with the demographics of guests... families, long staying guests, guests enjoying their stay at the hotel who are not party crazes!
I am planning to come back to the island for few days in mid February. Do you offer a special rate for returning guests???

Thank you so much for your inquiry on our stay. We both had a lovely time at your resort and would love to stay with you again.
We actually found you through looking under the key word search "hostels" out of which came greenbali.com. We liked the look of your resort as well as the prices and inclusions.
May I mention Ayu and Rani - our masseurs, who were absolutely wonderful, please thank them for us. (“I'm coming back just for that”, Lorene said).
The standard of your food was very good. The efforts of your waiters to help me out with my dietary requirements were also extremely thoughtful such as Budi, Wira, Made.
We also did notice the room cleanliness and attention to details of everything and everyone's friendly demeanor.
What we would like to mention as the only thing that spoiled our trip was the fact that someone on the desk put a phone call through to us from a resort peddling time share. We had enough of that on the street without it coming into our room. Perhaps we should let you know that one particular time share agent actually told us that they make it there business to know someone on every desk in every hotel in Bali. Empty bragging or not??? They obviously think they're smart.
Once again thank you for a lovely stay and look forward to bringing family and friends back over with us.

Many blessings to you and the Green Bali group.
Our stay at the Febri's Hotel and Spa was truelly beautiful and all of the staff there were exceptional and all deserve an in house award.
On my arrival on the Friday night I met Iluh, who was lovely on the front reception. Ketut, security officer was also on that first night and was very helpful. In the restaurant each day the guys were great, Ari, Wira and ? Adi were always great at service and very funny. The girls in the spa were also lovely, providing wonderful massages, reflexology and pedicures, I really enjoyed those sessions.
The gardens were beautifully maintained, pool kept clean. The room was great and cleaned beautifully each day.
I will certainly be recommending your hotel to friends who may wish to visit and will definitely be booking with you again on my next trip.

I was travelling with Christine Sellman and stayed at your beautiful Febris Hotel.
I would just like to say that I had a lovely stay and I thought all the staff were very helpful and so happy to be of assistance.
I had 3 spa treatments and particularly enjoyed these, I think all the girls that do these treatments are very good at there jobs.
I particularly enjoyed swimming in the beautiful clean pool and lying on the pool lounges. I also found the food very good and particularly enjoyed the satays.
I had a fantastic holiday and would certainly stay at the Febris again.
