Well, we are back to our reality life since we left Bali on August 16th. Believed it or not, we still miss you guys and Bali. We are looking into visiting you guys once again next summer. But would like to know if most of you are going to around the same place we stay.
You guys were fantastic. You all had made our stay the most memorial. We had not back to our Bali mood yet although we are physically back in our own land.

Lastly, we would like to stress out our gratitude. thank you all very much for making our one week in Bali the most unforgettable trip. You guys had made that happened for us.
Take care and please keep in touch. I know you guys don't have access to a PC. Just hope someone will help you to reply to me.

I don't know if you remember me but i was then one that asked to go for a swim at Febris and was told I was not allowed, and when I told you, we went across together and you told the girls I could. Anyway, I did have a quick swim, but I preferred the green garden pool as it was more peaceful and friendly.

On Monday (4th) I had a hot stone massage at the Green Garden Spa with mardi. I was a bit nervous as I had never had a massage and Mardi was so polite and gentle. I soon relaxed and despite my  initial embarrasement of wearing nothing but black paper knickers, Mardi was so kind that I did not worry so much about my fatty bum and thighs.
Afterwards I booked the Choco Indulgence with Mardi the next day, despite having already booked the Bali Indulgence on Wednesday the 6th (my birthday treat!).

I was so impressed by your friendly staff when I came to have my birthday spa, they all wished me a happy birthday and gave me a sarong!! Ayu was just as kind and skilled as Mardi.

I have decided to come back to Bali next year at the end of July for 2 weeks and will definitely stay at the Green Garden Spa instead of the Green Garden Hotel (which was lovely too…) but the tranquility and use of the spa, larger pool, steam rooms and quiet setting is my idea of the perfect retreat. It is possible my sister and a friend will come too (though to be honest I prefer to be alone).

I would love a room on the top floor please!! I have requested my annual leave from my employer (27july_17 august 2009) so once this is confirmed and I can save up money and organise flights and book to stay at the Green Garden Spa probably 28th july-13th august on the internet.

The thought of spending my birthday with your staff again is very appealing!

It's been pleasant experience staying at the hotel. Friendly staffs, good service, and most of all great value for money. I would like to give credits for the complimentary airport transfer. I was bit upset when I somehow couldn't find the hotel driver on my return trip to Sydney from Surabaya. However it took me by surprise when the receptionist lady apologised and reimbursed my cab fares. Impressive. My husband and I would definetely stay there again.

Dear Green Garden,

Many thanks for your caring email, my stay in Bali was the best I have had. It being my 5th time, all the staff were extremely helpful especially the girls on the desk.

All the guys were very polite and well mannered in the restaurant and I especially enjoyed my chats with Made.. at meal times.

I would also like to thank the guys who had to move my gear each time I had a room change. Those guys always did it with a smile - so good to see.

Overall I was very happy and will return with my wife and maybe some of our 9 children. We would have to book the whole resort☺… So I will have to go back to work very soon.

Again thank you very much and hopefully see you all again soon.

Thank you very much for our most enjoyable stay at the Green Garden Beach Resort.  We had a wonderful time and all the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
Nothing was too much trouble for any of them.  They all made our stay perfect.  We had time to relax in beautiful peaceful surroundings and we had time to have a laugh with your staff and enjoy the company of other guests.
I have attached a photo for you showing just how happy everyone was.
We will certainly recommend the GG to our friends and maybe we will be able to visit you again in the future.

Thanks for your email. Both Dawn and I really enjoyed our time at the Green Garden Beach Resort & Spa.

We stayed for 14 nights. 5-12 Feb and 16-23 Feb. We traveled around Bali for five days and your other hotels were nice as well. One being the Febri's Hotel as we could not get back into Green Garden Beach that night. Although, we must say that our time spent at Green Garden Beach was the most enjoyable.

We spoke to a lot of people who came into the Green Garden Beach looking to have a change of accommodation, saying how beautiful it looks here and we told them that it was beautiful.

We could not single out one staff member as being more helpful, as most of your staff were exceptional in their effort to please us, from the room staff to the kitchen staff. The food was all wonderful and we tried to eat most things on the menu. We ate at the restaurant at least twice a day during our stay. Showing how much we enjoyed the food and service.

I know I said that I wouldn’t single out any staff member, although I think that Agus is a man of exceptional skill. He is a great asset to your organization, with his personality and helpfulness.

Once again thanks for looking after us so well and we will tell our friends to stay with you when they travel to Bali.

My wife has not and still cannot stop singing your praises.

Particular acknowledgement of several of your staff needs to be recognized:- Mrs Wahyuni - Ida - Nettie - Iril - Made - Agus - Ary also Dina (Deena) *sweet girl*.

Thank you all for making our stay with you so enjoyable especially as we got off to a bad start to our holiday at a hotel in Kuala Lumpur.

Comment/Suggestion:- Although my wife is not registered as disabled she does have difficulty walking especially up steps. It would have been helpful had there been an elevator to use or at least a slope leading to the room.
