We had a FABULOUS trip & will definitely stay at Green Garden again on our next trip to Bali.
I loved Mariani's massages and Michael enjoyed the pool, steam room & hot spa very much. We were totally relaxed within 12 hours of arrival!!
I have been to the resort several times for spa treatments, but this is the first time we stayed there - we booked because of your "no children" policy & especially liked the peace & quiet around the pool & the garden area.
The Green Garden Resort is a very special place, & economically priced too. Congratulations to the management and staff for a job well done.

Thank you for your e-mail. We stayed at the Green Garden Beach Resort from 14th -17th October and the Febris Hotel from 23rd -27th October.
We enjoyed our stay at both hotels, we found the rooms very comfortable and were kept very clean by the housekeeping staff.
The restaurants at both hotels provided wonderful food and excellent service. It would be difficult to single out any member of staff as we found them all to be very polite and courteous and were only interested in making our stay as enjoyable as possible.
Please congratulate all of your staff on the high standards of service they achieve.
Two small observations with regard to improving your service.
1. We found the plastic beakers used to serve drinks around the pool were below standard, disposable would have been more acceptable.
2. Whilst the kettle in the room was appreciated, it would be good to provide complimentary tea and coffee at the Febris as is the case at the Green Garden Beach Resort.

Recently we had the privilege of spending 15 days at your resort.
We have been travelling to Bali for 20 years staying at various hotels and resorts around the Kuta/Legian area. This is the first time we have stayed in Tuban and I must say that we were very pleased that we stayed with you.
We hadn’t previously experienced staying at a small resort, but felt like a change this year. Your location is quiet and peaceful and perfect for my husband if he had decided to go surfing. It is also in close proximity to our special Balinese friends’ home, whom we were able to visit.
We would like to commend your staff for their friendliness, politeness, helpfulness and great service.
On our first day I had a mishap with some bottles falling from our refrigerator. Your house boys were very fast and efficiently cleaned up my mess. I must say that they were very thorough and you would not see that type of service in Australia - please pass on our thanks to them.
We enjoyed the service we received from your spa/ massage staff – must say: we probably didn’t use them enough. However we enjoyed their smiling faces every morning as we passed them on our way to breakfast.
Your restaurant staff were a joy, especially young Agung (trainee) he just tried so hard to please us! The menu was great with a big variety to choose from and your food was yummy!!!
We have recommended you to friends who are currently in Indonesia.
The girls on reception were extremely professional and friendly (I have done this job for approximately 20 years). They were always there to help when required.
Our daughter and her friend also spent a week with us at Green Garden and although initially they thought they were too far out of main Kuta, they settled in and thoroughly enjoyed their stay with you also.
We would hope to visit Bali again in the next couple of years and would love to be able to return to stay at your hotel, to experience once again, your great service, friendliness and professionalism., what ever you are doing with your staff - don’t change anything - because it was a joy to stay at such a happy resort.

The service was exceptional, very friendly and very efficient. The restaurant food was great and always served with a friendly smile.
Wahyu in particular was fantastic to Daniel and I; anything we wanted or needed he would do it for us. Please ensure that your Resort Manager knows this!
We had a fantastic 3 hour whole body massage which was just great after a hard day shopping.

Good Afternoon Paulus
I would like you to know what a fantastic time we had at your hotel and can now fully understand why my parents (Dave & Carole Yates) recommended it to us.
We ate at the hotel restaurant for most meals and had no complaints about the standard of the food or service at any time or the service that was also provided around the pool and spa area. One employee who we found to go out of his way to assist us with any request was Jordan and he should be highly commended on his professionalism and great attitude to customer service.
We both had a couple of spa treatments and thoroughly enjoyed every one of them and all of the employees that gave us these were fantastic.
The rooms were also lovely (thank you for organising us one with a sea view as requested) and always kept spotlessly clean each day.
We also had transport a few times to the Green Garden and this was never a problem for any of the staff as was the pick-up and drop-off to the airport also.
There would be nothing that I could recommend to improve your service and I would highly recommend your hotel to anyone and we will definitely be staying with you on our next trip to Bali.
Sorry we did not get to meet you but will hopefully see you next time.

Thanks for your email. We cannot applaud you enough on the service and the professionalism of your staff. We were thoroughly impressed with your resort and the facilities. The food was exquisite, and the service always prompt and friendly.
To single out individual members of your staff would be an injustice to them all, although Nisa, one of your spa staff, looked after me wonderfully every day; Alit, a waiter, comes to mind; and Yordan, a new waiter, cleverly made a point to memorize not only our names but the names of our friends, making us feel very comfortable and appreciated.
Our friends, who live in Bali, are recommending your hotel to other expats for meals, and as a holiday destination to their friends in Australia. We, too, are recommending you to all we speak with.

hotel after reached Malaysia, but me quite busy schedule.
I find your hotel is first grade with completed necessary facility which I had stayed before. Everything very well eminence just like new to me and happy staying .. My
girlfriend was so surprising that we paid only US54 per day which able having like
5 star Hotel. The staffs over there very helpful and friendly and furthermore you can provide the transits to city too which my girlfriend become a bit lazy and tired after long way shopping ... ha ha… good for her.
Final is valuable place to stay & to dine. I will be there if I visit to Bali island again and recommend such nice place to my friends.

You're most welcome. My family and I really had a good time spending our holidays in Bali. After tired of shopping, it is good to know that Green Garden has all the facilities to rejuvenate us.. from nice and cozy room to the jacuzzi and spa treatment plus... that huge bathtub. To me Green Garden has all the package under one roof... nice and quiet environment, a variety of TV entertainments, large pool, good food and not forgetting friendly and helpful staff... but only one thing I would like to suggest to you... please install a extra security door lock from inside the room... so that guest can feel more secure when they sleep. Other than that... perfecto.. excellent..!!!
From a scale 1 to 5, I would give 4.5 to your hotel... and since you have mentioned it in you email, my family and I would like to say thousand of thanks to Miss Rahayu (front desk) for helping me with the “xxxxxx” hotel (in Jimbaran) case. If it's not because of her, I might have to spend much for nothing. Our thanks also goes to Miss Sri for trusting me, Miss Kadek and all other Green Garden staff who have been very helpful since the minute we arrived in Bali until we left your hotel.
It's really worth for us to stay in your hotel and believe me... I will definitely recommend Green Garden Resort to all my friends. Thank you from all of us.

I have been very busy with my work and just saw your email. Anyway the days I spent at your resort were lovely. The ample trees planted around your resort suits the name 'Green Garden'. The staffs were all friendly and helpful, especially the reception staff, a young lady with a pretty smile.
The room was spacious and clean, I really felt at home. However at night I did encounter some mosquitoes inside the room which must have come from the balcony outside. I forgot to close the door, my mistake. But the view in the morning from your balcony is beautiful, the volcano could be seen in the distance (on clear days).
The location of your hotel is great too especially for those who prefer a quiet place to stay. The shops are close by. The food in your hotel was served in really huge servings and delicious well-worth the money! The dessert, fried ice cream was just so hmmm yummy!
Overall I have good only good things to say about your resort, in fact I have already planned to come there and stay with my family in the near future. Keep in Touch ! Take care God Bless You All…!

We have been coming to Bali for many years, and always eat at Green Garden 1 ( where our favourite and most competent waiter is WILLY). Last year we tried out FEBRI’S as we liked watching MISS RICKY sing. We were very happy with your restaurant, and then this year we also decided to try out the Green Garden 2 (beach resort near Bali Hai) which we thoroughly enjoyed, and also got to see our friend MISS RICKY singing. We returned also to Green Garden 1 with our 9 friends, and also back to FEBRI’S where we were looked after extremely well by our waiter BEN.

Thank you for very politeness of your letter.
We spent our holiday really happily. I think your staff are all good people. So there was not the personal staff who sold it to profit at all. I gave little tips to some staff. It appears after answering my personal request gratis and does it. The people who repaired, the person who used an iron to a wedding dress, a woman of the reception that ordered it. In addition, it is the person gave me a ride to a restaurant nearby on his a motorcycle. He did not want any tip at all.
One staff ran it up immediately when I waved a hand at the time of it and check-out from a porch. It was saved very much.
At a restaurant, it is MR…. I think that the waiting on customers manner of AGUN was the best. Warm consideration was comfortable. All the other staff heard my clumsy Indonesian and broken English as most of them did not speak Japanese.
I think that a green garden resort hotel is a really good hotel. Include a smile and behavior of the staff. We are convinced that it is your effort and education that are general manager entirely.
I was able to spend the holiday really happily. Rather than feedback, I became thanks, but please forgive it. I am going to go to Bali after November on the next time. Being similar let me stay at a green garden beach resort then.

Sorry about the late answer. Your hotel met with all our expectations. This was our second stay in your hotel and we where happy to see that the high standards from our first visit were maintained. One thing that had improved was the restaurant with a higher quality on the food than previous visit. However one thing we think you can change is that you have to take the free massage the first two days which for us was not possible. I think it would be wiser to not have any limitations when you want the massage.
We will come down to Bali again On the 20th of April and stay for a month. What price are you able to give us for a stay at Green Garden Beach Resort & Spa?
